Meebo recently announced their new platform for building 3rd party applications into their framework. Using a little bit of javascript you can build an app that you can share with IM buddy or buddies.

We obviously think that location-awareness is an important part of any application, but it is incredibly valuable in the context of presence and messaging. Thats why we want to offer up $1000 to whoever can integrate the Loki Javascript API into the Meebo platform. We have all the requirements done, but we want to find the right developer for the job.
