Chad and Shawn are old high school buddies who have recently reconnected on Facebook after losing touch for 10 years. Chad is a staunch Republican and Shawn is a very liberal Democrat. The debates they start among their Facebook friends on the latest political topic in the headlines are legendary. Chad feels he has a leg up on Shawn, however, because he uses his Republican News app that allows him to follow news feeds of 15+ Conservative publications. Chad uses the app daily to see what the most talked-about headlines are for his town, his state and the nation and tags his favorite ones and posts them to his Facebook page regularly. He also loves to follow some of the Liberal news sites using the app, just so he can tag some of their headlines as ‘hated’ within the app. He loves to post the map view within the app to his Facebook page that shows the location of the Republicans vs location of the Democrats within his state, usually accompanied with a note about how proud he is to live in a red state.
