The SpotRank Worldwide Activity Map shows location requests on Skyhook's network.

To illustrate how it works, on April 19, 2010, we highlighted location lookups along the Boston Marathon route in near-real time (with just about a two hour delay for data processing). These lookups are displayed alongside the previous Monday's activity (April 12, 2010), demonstrating how an increase in human activity in an area drives up location usage.
